Q1 :Do you have MOQ ?

A1 : No MOQ, but price base on the qty.

That means ,if qty small ,the price will be a little higher.

Q2 : Can l have a sample order ?How much for the sample fee?

A2 : Yes, welcome sample order to test and check quality.

But we usually charge 2 times, the extra cost  can be deducted from mass order.

Q3 : What's the delivery time ?

A3 :It depends on the order quantity and the Craftsmanship.

Usually 10-15days for sample;45days for mass production.

Q4 : What about the warranty ?

A4 :We offer 2 years warranty count from the shipping date . Should you meet any problem,please contact us directly. We will try our best to solve it

Q5 : What certification do you have?

A5 : Our market is all over the world, electrical parts have CE/UL/SAA certificate for option.

Q6: What’s your products quality?

A6: We use the high quality material , including lampshade, crystal, metal and electroplating etc. 100% of the PRODUCTS will be tested, from raw material to half assembling until finishing products. Each product should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.

Q7. A: What shipping method do you use?

a. By Express: such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS etc. The dispatch time is about 5-10 days

b. Air Freight: when your order more than 100kgs which will be more economical than express.

c. Sea Freight: we will update sea freight once we know your sea port where goods will be delivered.

 Q8: What is your payment term? 

A8: T/T,Usually we quote base on EXW or FOB,This is negotiable.
